What is the Turkey Tech Visa and who qualifies for it?+
The Tech Visa is a three-year residence permit the Turkish government offers to tech entrepreneurs. The applicant must register a technology company in Turkey, present a structured business plan and technical documentation, and operate in one of the accepted fields. It is renewable and also covers a spouse and children under 18.
Which businesses qualify for the Tech Visa?+
Technology-based startups: AI, fintech, healthtech, deeptech, IoT, digital platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, and the like. Physical businesses such as restaurants, shops, traditional services, or import/export do not qualify.
Do you guarantee visa approval?+
No. No credible company can legally guarantee visa approval. What we guarantee is the strongest possible documentation and technical demo to maximize the chance your application is approved. The final decision always rests with the Turkish authorities.
How long does it take to build the app?+
Depending on the chosen package: Web Studio in 2-3 weeks, App Studio in 3-4 weeks, and Full Launch in 8-10 weeks (a complete app ready to sell on the App Store and Google Play). For a custom spec, the timeline is agreed precisely before the contract.
How long does the review take in Turkey?+
According to official sources, reviewing a Tech Visa application after full documents are submitted takes between 2 and 4 months. This window is outside our control and depends on the queue of pending applications.
How are payments made?+
Pricing is transparent with no hidden costs. Payment is in two stages: 50% at project start and 50% before final delivery. All terms are shared in the proposal before any payment, and you can pay in Turkish lira, euros, or dollars.
Who owns the code and the design?+
One hundred percent of the code, design, and intellectual property transfers to you after full settlement. You receive the source code in a private GitHub repository and full access to all files, documentation, and design assets.
What technologies do you build with?+
Depending on the project: React Native or Flutter for mobile, Next.js for web, Supabase or Cloudflare Workers for the backend. AI models are chosen from Claude, GPT-4, or open-source models. The final stack is stated transparently in the proposal.

Do you offer support after delivery?+
The Full Launch package includes two months of free support (bug fixes, small adjustments, and guidance). After that window, or for other packages, monthly support contracts are defined separately with transparent pricing.
If I cancel midway, is there a refund?+
Refund terms depend on the project stage and are stated explicitly in the proposal before the contract. If you cancel before work starts, your payment is fully refunded.
